1. Shipping Options and Rates

We offer a range of shipping options across the UK:

  • FREE Standard Delivery: Available on all orders over £75 via Evri. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days.

  • Next Day Delivery: Available for £1.99 on orders over £75. Orders must be placed before 3 PM to qualify for next day delivery. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the following working day. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday for next day delivery.

  • Royal Mail Standard Delivery: £5.99 for orders under £75. Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days.

  • Evri Standard Delivery: £5.99 for orders under £75. Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days.

  • DPD Standard Delivery: £5.99. Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days.

Note: All shipping rates are applicable for UK deliveries only.

2. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Next Day Delivery: For next day service, orders must be placed by 3 PM on a working day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be dispatched on Monday, and delivered the next working day.

Working days are considered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Order Processing

We strive to process all orders quickly. Orders placed by 3 PM on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. Depending on the shipping method chosen, your package can be tracked through Evri, Royal Mail, or DPD’s tracking systems.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Missed Deliveries
